iSep 500+

iSep 500+ UF modules offer compact, efficient treatment for high-fouling and variable-quality water sources.

iSep 500+ features an integrated tank and vacuum-driven 0.03 μm PVDF/PES membrane, efficiently treating tough waters like industrial effluents and river water. It removes solids, oil, and turbidity while internal aeration and backwash minimize chemicals and fouling. Stable performance under heavy loading, without large tanks or extensive pre-treatment.

PureULTRA II

PureULTRA II UF modules offer reliable, high-performance filtration for water reuse and drinking water applications.

PureULTRA II ultrafiltration modules feature highly hydrophilic PVDF hollow fibers with a 0.025 μm pore size, delivering effective removal of solids, turbidity, and pathogens. Designed with an outside-in flow configuration, they support easy cleaning and handle a wide range of feedwaters, including surface water, groundwater, and treated wastewater. The system ensures optimal performance and helps remove Giardia, Cryptosporidium, and viruses.

RO/NF spiral wound membranes

Our Spiral wound membranes are designed to meet specific customer requirements, delivering high-performance results.

RO membranes are typically made of thin-film composite (TFC) materials, and can be used for:
- Boiler feedwater
- Industrial process water
- Water re-use
- Polishing effluent from MBR or UF
- Desalination NF membranes offer a selective rejection of divalent and polyvalent ions while permitting the monovalent ions to pass through membranes.
They can be used for:
- Water softening
- Removal of contaminants
RO/NF membranes are available in 2.5”, 4” and 8” spiral wound design.

SpiraSep 1060

SpiraSep 1060 UF modules feature a vacuum-driven, submerged, backwashable, spiral-wound membrane design with superior operating performance.

With a design built to handle high fouling water and wastewater streams, SpiraSep modules eliminate the need for extensive pre-treatment for UF systems, such as clarifiers, thus reducing cost, complexity, and footprint. Its ability to directly treat some of the most difficult water and wastewater streams allows SpiraSep to drastically reduce capital and operational costs.

ULTRADYN

ULTRADYN hollow fiber UF modules feature a high-strength, backwashable membrane design with high packing density, delivering exceptional purification performance across a wide range of industrial and water treatment applications

Available with PES, PAN, and CTA membrane materials, ULTRADYN modules offer high filtration capacity, excellent chemical resistance, and optional hot-water sanitization up to 98°C to prevent bacterial growth and fouling.
