Tubular UF membranes from Berghof Membranes are made from low-fouling PVDF, PES and chemical-resistant polymers cast onto dual support layers. They are available in 3 different diameters: 5 mm over 8 mm to 12.7 mm. Additionally, our proprietary module assembly process ensures precise, end-to-end membrane tube alignment, avoiding clogging and simplifying maintenance when needed. We offer various configurations and options to choose from:

Standard membranes, backwashable membranes, chemical resistant membranes and various tube diameters and cut-offs (30 nm, 100 – 50 – 15 – 5 kDa).

The modules are available in different diameters (3, 4, 6, 8, 10 inch), lengths (1.5, 3, 4 m) and housings (GRP or PVC). We also offer smaller module diameters and lengths for piloting and laboratory scale. Smaller modules available can contain just one membrane tube.
